They'll solve riddles, follow clues, and search for hidden baskets. 👀🔍 🌸Come by anytime between 12:00 and 2:00 PM to get started on the adventure! 🎉🐰 🐣 The hunt begins in the Clubhouse lobby. There you will receive your map and clues so you and your family can follow to try to find where the Easter Bunny hid all the eggs around the club! This is a combo class featuring 1/2 spin and 1/2 strength + core. The first part of the class is cardio spin that is designed for all fitness levels and focuses on drills that build power and endurance. The class is designed with high intensity bursts that push past your anerobic threshold to increase your cycling power. Plus, the music is FUN motivating you can spin to the beat! Second part of the class is Strength and core. We will move to the aerobics room and continue to work on resistance exercises and adding specific core exercises as well. Come and Join us!!!
